Bracket Release: 

1. Brackets will be posted on Smoothcomp 1 - 2 days prior to the tournament and may change based on additional registrations after they've been posted.
2. If there is no one in your bracket, our Director will make judgement calls on merging brackets that are appropriate for development, skill level, and age. (This is done to ensure you get matches).

Cancellation/Refund Policies:

1. If you do not have any matches available, even in the case of a merged bracket, you will be refunded 100% of the Tournament Fee(s).
2. If you are unwilling to compete in a merged bracket, but have matches available, you will be given a coupon code for another NUWAY Combat/BJJ Fanatics event in the future.

Individual Open Bracket Format(s): 

1. Brackets with 5 or less competitors will compete in a Round-Robin format to ensure maximum number of matches. 
2. Brackets with 6 or more competitors will compete in a Double-Elimination bracket.

3 vs 3 Team QUINTET-style Bracket Format: 

1. The BJJ Fanatics 3 vs 3 Team Quintet-style bracketing is a Round-Robin format.
