Bracket Release: 

1. Weekend brackets will be published roughly 24-hours prior to the Individual Open Tournament.
2. If there is no one in your bracket, our Director will make judgement calls on merging brackets that are appropriate for development, skill level, and age. (This is done to ensure you get matches)
3. For participants who would like to know who is in their bracket prior to the release date, contact [email protected].

Cancellation/Refund Policies:

1. If you do not have any matches available, even in the case of a merged bracket, you will be refunded 100% of the Tournament Fee(s) directly back to your bank account.
2. If you are unwilling to compete in a merged bracket, but have matches available, you will be refunded 100% of your entry fees in the form of a coupon code for another NUWAY Combat/BJJ Fanatics event.

Individual Open Bracket Format(s): 

1. Brackets with 5 or less competitors will compete in a Round-Robin format to ensure maximum number of matches. 
2. Brackets with 6 or more competitors will compete in a Double-Elimination bracket.

Team Tournament Bracket Format: 

1. The BJJ Fanatics Team Tournament bracketing is a Round-Robin format. 
2. Please ensure you read through the Team Tournament Rules for a full understanding on how this event runs.
