RULES:

USFL Pankration is a safe and technically focused form of Mixed Martial Arts suitable for youth athletes. In 2013, official rules and regulations were crafted by a committee commissioned by the California State Athletic commission. The resulting set of rules established the USFL as the universally recognized industry standard in safety and suitability for youth MMA. The unique rules and scoring system promote technical excellence over punishment or brutality. In addition to restricting head strikes, techniques that are likely to cause injury are removed with consideration to specific age groups. Numerous elite professional MMA athletes have gained extensive experience competing in the USFL as youth athletes.

With the United States being one of the top youth MMA developmental countries in the world, our youth fighters have enjoyed success in annual International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) World Youth MMA Championship competitions. All youth fighters have the opportunity to represent our country through a transparent annual selection tournament.
